No one is completely certain whether Belamorte is a purely artificial construct created by the hand of a skilled nano programmer ages past, or the temporary manifestation of a real entity. QL 100 exactly jobe implants have tl3 as requirement. Other than that, the head and eye symbiants in that profile are either 1) very rare or 2) non existing. I personally use the QL 70 exterm eye and brain on my lowbie MP. I choose symbs > implants because a) they're easier to equip and 2) they give overall better buffs, since you get all nanoskills from the brain, not just MC or TS.

Not doubting it is castable, but those level from 59 control symbs are really rare to nonexistant
