because it's not your main charm.
this is the one that can grab a second pet.
"User Pets <= 7001" ingame is "Must have no more than 1 of pet type: mindcontrolled character."
use Total Mental Domination first, then this and you have 2 mobs, the first staying for 17m 24s.

Although, TMD won't charm Ado hecks, not tried it with a Psychic debuff yet tho.
