this seems kinda crappy, tbh. as little inits as it removes, it shouldnt make a dent on anyone by the time you can use it

combine this with the two top heavy damage debuffs (desecration), and you have a nice -920 to all damage modifier on target, however it's not good in pvp as your dead by the time it casts...but on mobs it has more than enough uses.

Well yakobo it is a worse init buff from docs, if you say worse in that its worse for you if you get buffed by it :)

The doc one is extreemly annoying (turns insta cast into 10 second cast sometimes...) but at least the doc one has a high chance of breaking on attack/nano, and this doesnt break at all :)
Also dazzle with lights lvl 220 has -700 inits for a short amount of time, if you want to stack them (I assume they stack..)
