It's good temp HP buff for individuals. But be careful before casting it to soilder, enforcer, and NT. Ask them if they have 56 spare NCU first.

don't have to be lvl 200 to cast as froob, i've seen froobs cast Alpha and Omega at much lower lvl's, them being selfed and froob.

MsManners, CH is one of the most powerful taunts in SL, it's pretty much guaranteed perma-aggro if used there. Your enforcer has next to no chance of ever ripping aggro back off you, only ever seen an enforcer rip aggro back off it once successfully and that was b/c the enf had all the best taunting gear/perks/nanos and spammed them into the ground like a madman while the advy in the group BRed and healed like a looney to try n keep the doc in one piece...
