like they say every bits count :P 3% base +this =11% crit already :D so theoricly 1/10 hits will be crits :D like lameleor said

maths is dodgy but i think it increases your overall damage by 1/5

Yep, and throw in that wonderful crat coffee = 13% lol - of course there are a load of other crit buffing items I'm aware of but 13% crit at lvl 25 is pure gold :D

btw Flurry of Blows adds a lot to crit percent too :)

QL 25 Flurry adds 10% crit :D
2 (base) + 8(this) +1-8 (scope)+10 (Flurry) +1(coffee) = 22-29% crit at level 25 Yay!!!!
