aye but it DOES matter, because most people generaly doesn't want to search for a willing NT everytime they want a nano cost reducer.

Not to bad if you stack with Creation weapons and shields for better nano adds and cost reducers you can get a decent amount, then waste on the crap nukes we have

First, this is rollable.
Second, I prefer this one to Izgimmer's Recompiler because even though this only gives you 24% reduction (Compared to 28% from Izgi's) it lasts twice as much... Hate having to look for buffs every hour.

I would like to once again verify that this nano is indeed rollable. I was lvl 205 when rolling this and rolled a QL 164 Mission, it actually did take a long longer than normal, but I did eventually suceed.

start of a 2 hr loop instead of 1nhalf for fp cool one to have too true agent can only really afford to lose nano cost and nano points so all we can get
