Way underrated imo.
This actually did come in handy a few times when the team pulled adds.
Be sure to check with your Soldiers/Nerforcers tho, as they'll want to know if they have to cancel something before using TMS/Mongo.

If you use the standard RK AC drains and then this you are barely out any AC. But so much NCU...

Also, the trader gets the benefits from this when they cast, so the initial debuff is only 1486.

Could have been usefull if the team buff had cost 1 NCU.
