Nano Crystal (Personal Notum Harvester)

Nano Crystal - The very air of Rubi-Ka is a source of Notum for those willing to gather the precious material. Notum molecules float around, trapped inside water droplets. This nanoformula causes the nanocloud to extract these particles of Notum. This allows the nanocloud to rebuild lost nanomachines much faster than would otherwise be possible.

i think it's good enough as it is. the fact that docs can just spam heals, DoTs and init debuffs with the help of this says quite a lot (but it isnt limited to only docs) :P

dont think u actualy have a nt with 17k nano at least not with sl cuase all of the perks/aura/delta etc etc never make u run out of nano.. i have a lvl 144 nt and i didnt recharged my nano since lvl 40 >.<

ye so u never get 1,7k nanocost dude.. ^_^ with reducers u get about 900-800 nanocost for highest nanocost nano xD

Great for other profs. Due to -nano cost (nanos, symbs perks(?)) NT's can be atrox and never raise their pool and have no nano issues level 200+
Anyways great for low level NTs also (and fairly easy to twink into)

Once the nt gets its lowest form of the perked humidity extractor they normally dont lose much, if any nano. My 151 nt, even without a pnh because I am slightly poor atm, can cast repetitive volcanic eruption nukes for almost 5 minutes before finally running out of nano. PNH just makes it easier!

BTW this nano looks rather nice hopin to get it tomorrow off of gms- even with perks, HEs help when kiting, never recharge nano. Without this my nano will probably not even go down it barely went down with the HE below this

for foob it the best nanoregenerater buff, my NT have lvl 160 and i cant cast solo, it a high TS .
Maybe i can cast this whend i wiil be at lvl 180 or higher.:P

I have this, though lvl 153 with IOR PNH and every single perk in nano regen cant cover casting consecutive doubles, though symbiants offer nano cost reduction and nano regen hopefully that will help
