no, up to ql 125 from superior shops... higher ql's from missions :)

This is the highest QL of the Divest line that can be bought in stores.
'Up to 125' is accurate but misleading. Many lines, like this one, have their maximum store-bought QL at 113, although some can be bought higher.
If there was a standard maximum of 125, Plunder Skills (Minor) at QL 123 would be shop buyable, but the highest available is 103 (Weak).
