At ql 123 I expected this to be in the Superior shop, but I could not find it

123 is evidently too high for shops.
Not sure if it has changed, or always been that way.
I thought 125 was the cutoff back in the day.
No QL123 engineer pet in shops either.

Umbral Wrangler is in there though, and that's QL 127

There is no single standard QL up to which all nanos are shop buyable. Plunder Skill (Weak) at QL 103 is the highest available in stores, for this line.
