it meens that "l33t" floats above your head for a second or two, in the same way that "Brawl", "Aimed Shot", "Fast attack" etc do

use this on fp agent + best ruse and other scale decreasors. you become speck. actualy useful as you are hard to target (i spent a good 30 sec trying to target the agent under a name while idling around OAG.
