anyone else noticed / care that this works essentially like a root now ? I miss snares !!

Make a 49 fixer for BS and twink nanoskills to use this to cast on enfos. 3'd rage only removes Combat nanos <= 31 NCU, this take 32 NCU ;) Should give those op enfos something to think about :p
