This nano is fun at level 60 when you can insta cast it. In PvP those rooting agents/fixers/nts will know thier place when you spam this on them. Lotsa fun against GA fixers especially since you cant normaly hit the buggers! >.>

well with alphas ya.. but anyway whats insta cast, is it just that your init. is so high you cast it really fast and why is this so great against ga fixers what makes it hit them so well.

U can spam this every 1.30 seconds, it's almost uber, and idk why but in pvp it never hits less than 100 o.0
