When I solo I use it. I've got NCU to spare though, so why not?

I reset my MC, damage shields arent too useful, neither are AC buffs, just ask for a 600+ one from an engy, i had like 560 MC, reset got like 100k IP, very useful. 700 comp lit at lvl 134 weeee.

You can cast this on anyone so.. someone might like it at a lower level.

MC is worth of for the damage shields alone, the AC buffs are just icing

now im not saying dmg shields are top priority when you're lower.. but later on why not? you gotta spend MC for shields.. AC nanos tap out pretty earily on your climb up the dmg shield ladder.. you also have a 2nd line of advy only dmg shields.. the last of which also has reflect and dmg bonus on it.. and it's nice when someone or a mob hits you and you're dealing back triple digit dmg for free..
can't see any reason why someone would ignore the shields and ac line.

Time for a new one, maybe + 750 ac at least

Takes off around 37 damage if I'm thinking right? It's a waste of NCU if you can fill the 38 NCU with something else, otherwise, why not cast it? =P

Normally I am not moved to comment on outdated entries since the changes are of middling consequence.
773 AC instead of 373 is huge tho. Same requirements.
