I noticed it lands 100% even if you have 75% root resist.

Should land ~60% of the time on a NR2 perked Agent, if you have around 2k nanoskills. Neat.

I think this is bugged or something. Got hit with this in Mantis Den, a dot and a horde of mantises attacking me did **** all to break it.
