Nano Crystal (Cloak of Fire)

Nano Crystal - Protects the target with a damage shield that inflicts a small amount of damage each time it is hit. This shield will also absorb the first 60 points of fire-based damage that would otherwise be inflicted upon the target. However, the damage absorbing mechanism used is known not to work well with other methods used for absorbing damage.

is this even rollable? i'm saving up for other things, and want to avoid using money on nanos - but if I can't roll it, i'll be forced to buy it.

all grafts are rollable, but some have insanely small % chance of being rolled.. so might take many hours with clicksaver (I've tried having it on over night and not finding the root grafts)
