lvl 60 engi with mochams and wrangle i have skills, i have ncu, and i have credits, i uploaded this nano, but cant cast it when everything seems to be in order...anyone know why?

Just managed to help my lvl 59 friend twink this on with lvl 110-115 imps, all nano perks possible at his level, that nano skill thingy you can get from le shop and of course 131 , comp nano and mochems. It was a quick job, an expert could probably get the next one or 2 up from this nano.
Any way with the bot unbuffed it can solo the 3 azzy mobs consecutively with only half its hp lost. Sacks nasc hecks in seconds
