Possible to cast on froob in totw with jess+pepper+neleb+some int buffing stuff combo but it takes hard work and lots creds while everything in totw can be done with lower bot.

125 imps, notum ring, neleb robe, jess, shoet, ql91+ miy's nano, mochams, wrangle... froob 60 nm engi can do for sure. miy's ql 71+ mixed with a piece or two of 35+ nova dillon also works.

Just did this with a Froob Trox Engie a few days ago. Imps are: 144 R-hand, 135 head, 126 eye, Not using any Miy's armor, but used Neleb's Nano-Master Robe, Lya's Glasses QL89, One Filigree ring with TS/MC. Should camp for the Notum Ring with TS/MC instead :). His full setup here

Couple glitches with that setup- can't find the Nano-Master Robe, and the Filigree ring is 225, not 400.
