I've also seen it. As far I know it's only 2 ppl on all the servers that has a lvl 60 engy twink with slayer. ;)

lol, what r u talking about? If this is lvl 80, then i think the ppl at FC were really drunk when they where programming this.

mochies+wrangle+ expertise+ 4 perk points in nano combat(about 20)= ~311...that leaves 551 skill to get...easiler got with towers and implants.
and thanks to the new patch the bot won't OE any more
