this is a good nano against toons in pvp if they use cas armour, very nice, recharge sucks though!!!

Not really, as all nukes ignore ACs in pvp.

checks nano AC, which is different from regular ACs I believe.

Checks normal AC, just doesnt reduce the same way weapon damage does. SL mobs, with high AC, tend to make you hit for minimum damage, where RK mobs allow you to hit higher.
