I can cast this nano at lvl 120, its not that bad at that lvl. still not great but with over 1k nano init, its kinda insta-cast

whats wrong about it is the attack time and the recharge time I never really use nukes because of it.

Somehow, I feel this one should have had a large evade debuff attached to it, since the description is nearly identical to Gravitational Anomaly

easier on the init than IEF which can be useful for soloing, also good for weapon users.
