Nice high damage but a low minimun damage. Dont expect this to work good on SL mobs

Hehe, well I assume it means a high energy neutron, one thats been super heated maybe? Just coz a neutron has a neutral charge doesn't mean it had no energy - afterall its neutron bombardment that makes nuclear material undergo fission :)
