This is a steady nano between the 125-150 max title malarky. Probably well suited with its sister nano Searing Circle ill find out and report to thee :/

with my pvp set up, this is cast able at level 60 with mochams running... also with 850 nano init, should be pritty much insta cast... i can see this being effective at this level pvp :>
