this is first nuke from my nt on everyone in bs, nerfs advs/agents from healing and also screws up other NT nano AR when they are trying to nuke you back ^.^

Any good TL5 agent will still be able to CH with this cast on them.

this totally owns at lvl 60-80 in pvp and very good for debuffing those high hp docs so they can't heal so nicely anymore ^^

i wonder if a tl 5 agent can still cast CH with -115 from crown of frost and -60 + -100 from zap and blast nano perks (-275 nano skills) ;) I doubt it highly
