without a doubt the most economically sound nuke i've ever used. the casting time is the only draw back, but for something a lvl 30 NT can use, this is awesome.

yeah, its a pretty damn big confidence booster being able to get an enemy in pvp tp 25% health in 1 hit :)

Hit them with this first then blast them with faster nanos. Cant wait to have enough nano init to get this down to 0s. (About 1400 with full agg, I think)
