crap 1.2K nano cost...never use it in pvp low lvl or u kill yourself lol

the next one up goes for 1min with 425 nano cost, cast that 3 times and its the same cost as this one
this ones got a longer delay, 5 less hits and a tiny bit less damage/tic then casting the next one 3 times

I never care about the nano cost and duration (unless it lasts for like 8 seconds...) What I care about is DPS.
