It is UBAR it increases the most important skills we have and stacks with Kali and MA expertise.(Havent played in a while but will restart soon , so that might have changed.)

well, im a high level ma now, I still cast it every time... no reason not to. Its deffinatly one of the coolest startup buffs out there.

It's amazing how useful LCR is even at this point for me. Bonus to Martial Arts of 12, and it still stacks with MA Expertise (a +20 skill)? I'm there. Seriously.

The one nano you will cast from lvl 1 to lvl 220/30, 220/24 and no plans to quit using it :)

The only other startup nano you can use from lvl 1-220. The other one is Thugs Delight, the 1hb buff for enforcers... if they use 1hb instead of 2he. Everyone else gets crap for a startup nano.
