Ruse of Taren+shadowfade armor+perks+implants+fp adv+leet=You cannot be detected with perception buff or without perception buff. Except if them have perception 1000ish... who works in get more perception?

Alex, there are some characters who raise perception to equip a vision enhancer scope.

hiding aint all that great in pvp any way, mechs can see you, pets can see you, if your alredy under attack you cant hide, you dont need to hide to do aimed shot. so why hide in pvp again o_0 (i know there are those special cases when you want to get your gank on but still....)

This is under healing school. does that mean it stacks with the agents other concealment buff?

No, if it's in the same school, they will not stack.
