since i just got a syndicate messenger gun on i been using this anyway.
not like i'm short on ncu ;D
helpful for spotting traps too. although i now run so fast, i've normaly ran over them before i get a blip..

Perc doesn't raise crit chance, more perception lets you get a better crit scope on. *That* raises crit chance :)
