uh GA is overrated, it is better not to waste ip on mat creation anyway, we have precious few considering the cost of other nano skills, and with pair of GE's around level 70 we have to hold back because we can outdamage the tanks

Sure they can. You know what my 199 NW=SL+AI adv does for cash? Blitzes RK team missions for CRUs. Froobs can do that too.

Heh, fr00bs have more money than non-fr00bs. Fr00bs don't need to spend cash on tier armor, AI armor, AI weaps, SL nanos, SL weaps... You get the idea.

Is this worth it to cast (in pvm, don't care for pvp)? So far I haven't really been maxing nanopoints and I could use it too fire off another snare. Is -85 evades possible to express as added crit chance or so? It didn't seem th�t good when I used.

-85 evades = cancelling the benefit of that 400mil+ notucomm and then some
worth it definately when you can cast it in pvp all the way up until you cast the next one, every evade counts especially when it comes to perks.

fixers dont have high AR, -85 evade \ def = 85+ AR to you and the rest of the team
this leads to 2-3 bullet burst, and certainly effects FA
you will crit more, especially on mobs lower than you
