Of course they stack. This one is "Fixer B&E Combo" line, and BmN is "Detection Buffs". BmN overwrites Eagle Eye, though.

yeah, can be cast on others.
i get asked for this and Blood Makes Noise by people trying to fit scopes mostly.
although the occasional engi will ask for this to hack something.
i hear a rumour perception improves crit chance. too lazy to check thoug ;]

get this +130, bmn +107, stare of cerberus +600, and soli clan shadow breed +1000 = 1837 perception. yay :D

I highly doubt that perception buffs crit chance-I've never seen any site that said it does...On the other hand I've never seen it disproven... *goes to obsessively check every internet site about AO ever*

More perception = bigger crit scope equippable = more crits. Doesn't do it directly.

use Opi clan shadow breed instead, its +2k instead of 1k (but self only) man I wish they'd add the ql 400 VE's to AO.
