Very useful tool. You can root enemies without aggroing them (and also, conveniently, pop people out of sneak) by casting this on yourself within range of them.

I suppose its fitting traders would get something like this. People get so pissed off with them they try to team up on them. This is a good way to keep the fights 1 on 1, where traders are invincible lmao. GET RID OF IT plz, let the traders take responsibility for the annoyance they provide others.
