That's odd. In the description it sais this is a self buff, but at the bottom it sais it's a team buff. Which one is it?

And in the game it sais 'increases the target's complitr...', I believe it's selfbuff only tho.

Presuming it's self-only as shown in the DB info.
I can confirm the QL20 buff in this line (Frequent Customer) is self only.

they used to be "other", but they changed to "self" a long time ago

why should this be other? the purpose of it (which no1 will ever use it for) is to buy stuff from shop...not to get belts on

No longer any use for getting a 6 slot on at 24, as you cant refresh buffs that are in your ncu if you have your NCU overfull, like 234/122

I think it still might help Nuke- and not just at lvl 24. Lots of trader twinks around with 6x belt at lvl 15 and even 10 or lower. I was also rather disturbed to find that you can't refresh a running nano if you don't have enough free ncu as of patch 17.1 or something. However, I'm working on a lvl 14 trader now, about to try for the 6x belt. Assuming you are wearing a 5x belt- the main problem now is that you probably won't have time to unequip 5 ncu chips and start equipping the 6x belt before this nano runs out. However, you do have time to unequip 4 memory chips and and begin the belt swap. So, if you can cast bulk trader and make enough complit for the 6x belt with just four mem chips in, you should still be able to get the 6x on. I'm about to try it in a day or two. I'll post back how it goes...

Well, it still works. I got this nano cast with my lvl 14 Froob Opifex trader and got her 6x belt on. It is a little annoying not being able to recast running nanos if you don't have the ncu, but just takes a bit more planning. The ncu chips are listed as having a 10 second equip time- which means you should be able to unequip 5 chips and then hotswap the belt before Bulk Trader (60 seconds) runs out. However, they do take an extra second or two to actually move from your deck slot to your inventory. I tried twice to get the 6x belt on by taking out all five chips but bulk trader ran out just a split second before the last chip unequipped. So, I rolled some memory with Clicksaver, upgraded my first four chips to the highest I could go and cast bulk trader using just four chips. So, it's still doable. The problem will be if you need the ncu from carb armor to cast the nano, and then have to switch to an Omni Grey suit for a couple of points of Comp-Lit- as well as removing ncu chips. Not sure how many pieces of armor you'd be able to switch before Bulk Trader ran out...

I was wondering what setup you were using to get the req's to cast Bulk Trader at that level.. Just well imped enough to cast some of the highest drains, plus composite teachings and some trickle buffs?

You'll need mochies and either drains or an outside wrangle ( might need a few drains anyway, you'll have CL imps in probably ).

was able to get a total or 370 CL with my lvl 21 nanogimp frub trader.
All I used was triple implanted ql50 CL imps, SI and PM mochams, SI and PM expertises, TS mastery (for the lack of TS due to CL in head and eye), drains up to only QL42ish, and a 121 wrangle, oh, and had a ql30 SI chest imp and PM ear, as well as that +5 CL trader hat, but that's it.
All you need is NCU.
Btw, since this trader was neut, I didn't have to bother with omni grey suit... but true, it'd have been handy...

I wonder how u can equipe 6x belt so low....unequip time on belt are longer than buff duration...and u have to unequip NCU too...i was able to do it some years ago...seems they raised unequip belt delay.

There are a few obscure NCUs that have very low equip times. Check the database, but the waste collector NCUs spring to mind.

Cast at level 1 and 6-slot belt equipped. Bar has been set.
