On a lvl 50- 60 froob trader, -1000 nanopool does hurt actually. (And before you ask, yes the reqs to cast this can be met.)

If you cast this on yourself and then all your teammates, it's +1000 nano for them and no debuff for you. I'm sure that could be useful somewhere!
