Fixed and still a waste of NCU. Not to mention IP if you don't use the top drains and CM. ><

This is now in "Damage Buff - Line C", meaning it stacks on your teammates with just about everything else. It's still not much, but melee and projectile cover about 90% of people at 220 these days.
