One of the better buffs for trader, if you have no other damage bonuses around. I haven't raised MM at all on my trader, but from CIs, Implants, trickledown and drains, you can easily get the MM requirement on this nano. The damage buff doesn't do much, but the 45 to ranged init is a very nice bonus.

The most useful one in the line (though thats not saying much) and you're able to cast with drains + mochs without putting IP into MM/MC

For non-traders, it appears to be available in a blister pack. At least it's in the database, although I've never seen it in-game.
