no problem, max PM and SI.. get PM,SI mochs and a 131 wrangle.. then cast this and equipp your pistol/granade thingy ;)

hehe fellow engi gave me this, got my red line on at level 10, was high enough to keep the weapon on non-oe by the time the buff wore off :D

@Ats, it would be a lot of work just to raise an engy high enough to cast this. I think I'd rather put the effort into an agent as EP is fp-able. Then you have lots of buffs available from one toon.
