Is this a common nano? It might just be what I need to be able to have a chance against those evil traders in PvP ^^

Just traders? NTs are scared of this too! We don't even use weapons most of the time :/

MP are decent high lvl pvp but are best at level 100-120
At high levels they too easily picked off by agents ect with big alphas

What a shame that NTs, Agents, doctors, MPs traders and crats all have a perk called "shutdown removal 1" and "shutdown removal 2" which instantly removes it.

hard to land on someone who has HHAB... especially if they are an MA at full def :P lv 215+

This is uber make any nano-relying player or NPC a gimp with this .

as teiji said, 160 nano resist. For those that doesn't know what this means, it means that it's hard as hell to land. Add your TS, BM and PM togheter then devide by 3, this number is then compared to the targets nano resist * 1.6 when you attack. If I recall right same numbers means 50% chance to land.
Anyway, devestating if it lands.

Well at least now we can use it on somthing that it lands on ( AI ) nothing like standing there and casting on a 150 nt to have if /disco while he counters it.... and /bitchslap those damn CH mobs ^^

Our good fortune is this: With AI, some are beginning to move their perks from Nano Doctate into Champoin of Nano Combat - for me, i would rather get my nano bonusses from Alien Perks, than normal perks, because i simply dont have anything to use my APerks on :P

GA4 and the other Grid Armors of course become not only OE (in the sense of 75% - 50% OE) but all the way down to 0% Effective... better run for that minute lol

160% Defensive Skill is really the least FC could do when you consider that it doesnt take too long to retry landing it for a higher level mob and even faster with other player chars... I have like 1100 NR with my GA4 and as soon as I can spend IPs again (Lvl 200+) due to breed and TL caps in NR I will even raise it more plus get me a Hold Hell at Bay ring... even with 1100 NR mission mobs land this too often :P I am lvl 180 atm doing QL 200 - 220 missions

psssht this nano is gimped now, almost every doc/crat/NT/MP/etc. that is pvp based has the perk line to remove this, and it's not much use in SL anymore, sure you can NSD a high lvl mob or pb, but that only stops their aoe nukes, (and for some, it does nothing, like Mordeth and Galahad can still aoe nuke with this on), they can still debuff, and heal, etc....

go land it on the beast, then be like w00t no 10k aoe nuke... then watch your health bar drop all the way down from a 10k aoe... have fun

anyone want to team with a lvl 99 meta? almost using lemur but i have no 150 imp :P

im a 212 keeper (not scared of NSD :-P) got 1.6k nano resist. That means i have a defence against this nano at 2.5k. A 220 MP would have aboute 2k in each of these neno-skills, and still they would have big problems with landing this little thing on me. My 5 cents

lol when i was lvl 125 i was usign this and this was a 3 sec cast for me so they ran like pansehs whenever i used it

and since im lvl 150 now i have been landing NSD on ppl with 1.3k NR every 1 out of 4 times

heh....theres no NT or doctor alive who doesnt fear this :P
unless they are an ARK lol

Actually, at high level there are very few Docs or NTs who DOES fear this :P

my fixer is level 151 right now an has 900NR with his GaIV...

i am always fighting with full def so... have luck getting 1440+ nanoskills in my pvp range
was soloing ~200 teammissis to get the last view XP for level 151 and i was always looking for those MPs who waste time for casting it on me.
might be worth to twink but remember casting time at level 75 or so
in that time you got 1-2 burst and ~10 normal hits.

Dont forget about the heal pet 4n7hor

not everyone has SL so this is useful

of course i heard NSD doesnt work in PvP

May not be the most useful PvP nano around, but boy does it rock in PvM. Pen catacomb bosses, IS 3rd floor bosses, Various nuking PBs... This is just sweet.

btw beware, some mobs (specialy Imka and so on pbs) has their nukes like special attacks, not casting. There NSD is totaly useless. But this is very useful nano for IS - Hezak, Inobak, Pedagogue..., for inferno garden/sanct key quest - tha last 3 pbs (Pazuzu, Nyame, Bigot) etc. Good reason for using this is always at catas down there, because mobs healing over time and self cast buffs.

My nt has over 1600 in nano resist and this nano lands, which sucks butt in a big way so 160 in nano resist will get you landed with nano shutdown everytime, not 50% of the time, i hate pvping mps with my nt and the only thing i get any joy out of is mezzing there pets and helping enforcer slap them to death, so what if i die in the process, good thing is though i can mezz all three pets and leave the mp dead in the water before they realise i have done it, /pet terminate comes to mind, but then there dead by the time they re-cast.

Hmmmm...wish to know how much is max possible NR to get on 155 Nano-Tech ......I know i would twink like 1,4k+but still got worries about NSD/Drains =/ Anyone know guildie to NR? :P

useful in pvm.. although some mobs can cast their nanos even with nsd on them.. it's good at low pvp but at 190 everyone who really wants to pvp gets hhab.. so it now goes from hard to very hard/impossible to land.. then around 205 all but a few professions get a way of removing it so even if it lands it's removed easily.. of course you could cast it over and over again but you'll be dead by then
if they wanna take the bite out of nsd.. like they already have we should be givin a mini nsd.. one that does 750-1k debuff, 60sec duration, 5 sec cast time, 100% nr check.. and no perks to remove it.
nsd has been nerfed to hell at high levels.. our single debuffs are'nt much mor ethen an annoyance and even if you combined mind quake and generics -245 nano skill is'nt a big deal to a lv200+
oh and btw give us a comp dominate.. and better ones say -250

in patch 17.2 a new pvp focused NSD nano is going to be added.. they are withholding details though.. also some nanos are going to have NR reduced but nothing specific yet..

At lower levels, this makes MP vs MP pvp not fun.. who ever casts this first, wins :p
I've also had it cast on me by MPs in missions.. kind of annoying.
I'd rather have something less useful which is easier to cast.. this is just a gamble, and I do NOT like gambling in RPGs. :/

ENSD is out...and it is evil. Enhanced NSD has a 100% (go ahead, read that again...) nano resist rate, and debuffs for -3k nanoskills after FC found out docs were casting CH even with the old school NSD stuck on 'em. Instacast as well...now for the downsides:
PVP only, so no using this to shutdown the Beast, etc. Has a recharge of 10 seconds, and only lasts for 15s, but we all know that's an age in pvp. Topping it off, there's also nano damage and healing debuffs, so NTs and Docs have much more to fear from MPs now.

Can cast this at level 58, really messes up the GA fixer twinks :D

can cast it self buffed on my 74 MP but don't need it anyone it really affects -135 nanoskills is enough.

a while ago hhab req was changed from tl6 to lvl 201 so there won't be that uber nr at lvl 190 anymore..

True but after much whining and screams of the plague of massive butthurt, HHAB is back to the "old" TL6 req.

rolled in a mish, ql was 160, didnt took too many rolls
needed to roll it a second time, because i rolled find item and targeted instead of picking up >.<
