can you stack this on top of an agents Snipers Bliss?

will not stack with snipers as it is the same nano line, same as unexpected attack also

Since it stacks with total focus, we can buff rifle nearly as much as an agent :D 100 instead of 120 points.
Now if only there was a SMG version too...
