This is awesome for buffing engis and if you have an engineer friend i highly implore all of you to let them know you can buff +70 RE, most engis will tip you very well in return ;)
a MUST HAVE for all soldiers of any type

They use energy carbines occasionally. Kyro grenadelaunchers don't have aimedshot (and PvP'ers don't like that)
