Further I think this nano is a musthave for pvp-twinks on a low level with a slow weapon, IE a Yatamutchy X-3 or a Frost Scythe of the Legionnaire :D

Lovely buff 0.2 seconds off weapon attack time, 0.4 seconds off weapon recharge time and 0.665 seconds off nano attack time. Not to mention the added fling shot damage.
