Okay, I can see how this would be helpful for the MA attacks... kind of. But how would a Bureaucrat even consider using this? A 4.3 second calm with a 8.5 second recharge?

Also, the weapon "gluegun" has a chance to cast this 'on hit' which is kind of funky :D

Stuns are classed as calms btw Moniker. This is the stun from Bright, Blue, Cloudless Sky which is ownage in PvP for MA's.

works well with MP / Crat pairs (or 2 of either), as they each get a nano that does this, and can overlap the recharge times as long as you can land it. Also amazing on the MA attacks, for when you really need a quick stun (4 seconds prevents more damage than self heal would land)
