Sure but usualy not worth the NCU, if it comes to that its the first thing i kick if offered a better buff.If youre soloing however with no outside buffs ,its helps.

Why use ip at all? in higher level's you'll have more then enough skills with investet IP.(that is using symbs and comp mochams / infuses)

This is worthless, unless you're uber noob with no NCU.... It dont stack with Prod strengh (+40)... I mean even if it did stack with IC, that would still be +40 Str... but it doesent, wich makes this nano tottally worthless

Handy for selfing ql300 CC at 220, adds one AR (lol), doesn't cost any IP then unlike some of the other mm/mc buffs. Don't IP MM to cast it though :P

Uhm, a wrangle and a mocham and you don't have to spend any IP at all. Besides, it came in handy for a twink process when I didn't have enough NCU to get PS and this gives more str than IC and cost less NCU.. Now if need stamina, that's another story....
Anyway, my point is everything in the game has a use at some point....just because you can't make use of something in a multitude of ways doesn't in anyway, make it useless.

Dosent stack with prod str but +2 dmg and trickle down into brawl if your solo'ing stuff can be usefull especialy if you have ncu to spare.

doesnt stack with IC i believe either, so 20 stam or +2 str, id go with IC if its available, but for selfing yeah its ok.

used this to equip QL25 OFAB at a level 2 MA ^^ Not a big twink project at all, just some chillout fun. But But i needed 22 str and had 24 NCU free, perfect xD
