I am sure that this was ment for when the doctor of the team is running low on nano in a very hard fight the ma can xfer some over or something like that so the team does not die...
(doc heals > ma heals)

This nano aint useless how it looks! Cost cap is 55% , this nano needs 125 , 60 points lower cost so you still get 40 points!!! See it isnt useless!!! It's even more useless
