Found one on a Mission on Rimor with my Soldier(198), dunno if he still has it though.

You can get it on individual missions. I had a hard time pulling a mission for it, but then i tried pulling a mission in Milky way, 2 mins later, mission came up. Took me 15 seconds to blitz for it =) Good luck

Just pulled one, after 15 mins of fiddeling around. It seems that the mission settings do have an impact on the apearance of the said nano crystal. mine were at full Bad, full Order, full Open, 25% Physical, full Head On, full Money. I discovered many Nanos that are said to be rare for blitzing with these settings... as an example i instantly found Calia's Form Parrot, and Pit Lizard, I found Helopolis of the Besieger two times on the same sheet... as well as many Fixer nanos. Hope this helps :D

install a fury of blows for the crit chance.......and then u'll see that the fast attack is not that useless

I don't think the flurry works with fists. But handy if you are using a TT or BoB.

I guess it boosts it for the same (somewhat elusive) reason that t1 sleeves boost 1 hand blunt.

@Moniker: 1HB is not that bad for MA.. some still use Torturing Tool or Inamorata Swatter etc for triple-attack.
Would be great if this wasn't self only.. Enfos would love you for the fastattack bonus :)

with 1hb u actually do less dmg from what i heard. the crit chance goes down due to not using fists and the weps are 66% based off martial arts so it hits for less and u get less "fist" hits. BoB is good to have one for the min dmg.

oh and to serjozka having an extra 30 FA does not suck does it make the nano worse? and FA is actually used for flury of blows. it does not add phys init but it adds crit increase and agg/def.

Actually just because the range is 1m doesn't always mean it's self only
NT Nano - Neuronal Stimulator - is Range: 1m. and it's not self only, my NT just has to stand so close as to warrant a sexual harrassment suit in order to cast it on someone.
