I got it a few nights ago on Clicksaver,just has to be in the same level range, i found around 10 levels is a good one (like if you role a level 122 or 142 mission this might be a possible Reward) i was rolling for the level 142 heal and this popped up so was like why not

Not only is it sad, but it uses MM. I would raise MC before MM.. I could think of a lot better places to spend IP's.

Simple. You WON'T beat that effect to NCU ratio. It's just the IP costs are EXORBIANT.

With good symbs, trickle down, a comm relay, etc you could cast this with almost no IP spent.
At 220 you could probably do it without spending any IP at all.

Lvl 200 froob ma, can have enough ip to max all in nano and aiding, all evades including nano resist, all abilities and all other Must have as ma skills, and some ip will even stay, simulated with AOSkills.

High skills required and requiers MM and MC, which MA's normally don't use.
I think if Ma's ever upgrade MM its because of this?

well if you have a high level MA that can cast this and a low level MA for towers, this is an amazing osb to take for a mere 5 ncu. For a low level at towers, osb's are pretty much essential, and the ability to negate 40 damage per hit (10ac=1 damage reduction) for the cost of a general buff is something that is unique to MA's.
