just someone please tell me why the category on the nano program overview is called various speed buffs when there is only one speed buff???

just click on the various run speed buffs link and you'll get the point.. advy's free movement and terrain knowledge are in this school as well, therefore they don't stack with this one.

This does have a higher NCU cost than Free Movement (19 compared to 14), and a lower RS benefit (70 compared to 100), but if you cast it on someone who has Free Movement running, it will cancel Free Movement, because the game thinks this one is better for some reason. Just because it's a higher QL maybe?
