This is acualy a good startoff (or ending).. Its not ment to be "chained". Besides a litle running never hurt anyone.

wouldnt even bother with this, IEF is way better since it has almost 1/2 the recharge time

It's nice as a finishing nuke in missions, running to the next room usually covers the recharge for me.
