that;s what makes me want to start an nt... beautifull req and beautifull min dmg ;) awesome thing is that u can cast this at probably 100 or 117 ;) not very sure about 100 but 117 positive..

Very nice that this debuffs the same dmg type that it debuffs (by much less) , lol unlike Contained Plasma Sphere. I'm not complaining both nanos are usefull, but this one is more useful I think.
