meh i used this. couldnt tell the diff of dmg beside the combat message. dint make em die any faster :P

8 damage every 5 sec? ...with 171 MC NT's can nuke for about 170 dmg in the same amount of time (2x chilling stream.) Plus whatever weapon damage they are doing. So yes it does kinda suck.Better to start the fight with a big slow-cast nuke if you're soloing. If you're teamed, stuff dies too fast to be worth it.

Most DoTs suck at low levels... the extra damage isn't really worth it imo
